Inside SupplySide Global 2026: Three Observations from Booth 6511B

From October 28 to 30, 2026, SupplySide Global took place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Natural Field's booth, 6511B, showed two things: an instant, debittered ashwagandha graded at 5% (Instant Debittered Ashwagandha 5%, under the NFAshya® brand), and an NF Co-loading® liposomal system that puts multiple actives into the same liposome — the wall panel prints 2–8× next to "Superior Bioavailability". Across three days, the questions from visitors converged on three points: does debittering cost activity, where does the 2–8× come from, and how deep is the evidence.

1. What Was on the Wall at Booth 6511B

The back wall also carries FSSC 22000 and KOF-K marks, among others. At a trade show that is not decoration: it is the first filter a buyer applies to decide whether the material can enter their market at all. The booth itself reads in three bands: ashwagandha and base actives on the left, NMN and NAD+ in the middle, and the full liposomal range with the three solution cards across the right-hand wall. 2. The Three Questions Buyers Kept Asking

The first was whether debittering costs activity. If bitterness is only masked, the formula needs more flavour and sweetener, and the taste gets heavier, not lighter. The answer given at the booth was a process combination — instant plus debittered — that lets a 5% grade work in flavour-sensitive formats such as drinks and gummies.

The second was where 2–8× comes from. On the panel it sits alongside "Synergistic Efficacy, Superior Bioavailability, Global Patents", and refers to the improvement range of the co-loading system over conventional systems, not a fixed multiplier for one ingredient. That it is a range is the point: the figure moves with the active, the dose and the model.

The third was the evidence tier, and this was answered most precisely. Joint Mobility and Sleep Health are marked Preclinical; Anti-aging is marked Clinical Study. That one label reframed every question that followed.

3. The Numbers Behind the Three Solutions

Printing the evidence tier next to the number is harder to challenge than a general claim of clinical validation. That layout says this is not one product but a platform that can be swapped by active — a customer brings an existing formula and replaces the carrier, not the whole formulation. For a formulator, that keeps the switching cost manageable: flavour, dosage and regulatory paperwork stay as they are, and only the carrier changes. When visitors asked whether they could swap the carrier alone, the answer was yes — matched active by active, not as a wholesale replacement.

5. What It Means If You Are Sourcing

Visitors fell into roughly three groups: formulators looking for a drop-in replacement, procurement teams evaluating a supplier, and traders sourcing on behalf of clients. They asked different questions, but followed the same path: can the certifications clear my market, can the data support the claim, and can the platform absorb my formula. Over three days, those three steps accounted for almost every substantive conversation at the booth. It also explains why some visitors stayed ten minutes and left: their specification was narrow, and when the numbers did not match there was little to discuss. Those who matched usually sat down, opened the formula and went through dose and process line by line.
