What is the difference between your Ceremonial and Culinary grades?
Our Ceremonial Grade is made from the youngest tea leaves, stone ground to a super fine powder with a bright green color and a natural sweetness. Its best for drinking as pure tea. Culinary Grade is slightly more robust and has a bolder tea flavor, making it perfect for lattes, smoothies, and baking.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer Free Samples (you only need to pay for shipping). We believe in our quality and want you to test the color, aroma, and solubility yourself.
Do you support Private Label (OEM)? What is the MOQ?
Definitely! We specialize in OEM services.
For bulk powder (foil bags), the MOQ is as low as 1 kg.
For custom printed packaging (tins/bags), the MOQ typically starts from 100-500 units depending on the complexity of the design.
How should I store the Matcha to keep it fresh?
Matcha is sensitive to light, heat, and moisture. We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place (refrigeration is best) in an airtight container. Our tin cans and resealable bags are designed to maximize shelf life.
Do you sell to individual consumers for personal use?
No, we are a B2B professional raw material manufacturer. Our services and products are exclusively directed to corporate clients, including food and beverage manufacturers, cosmetic brands, and authorized wholesalers. We do not provide retail services for individual personal consumption.
